The Parents have to fill up the prescribed Form  “Parents Details” first.  For securing admission for a pupil, the parent/guardian have to register the name of their ward by filling up the prescribed application form. 
 
ADMISSIONS
  1. The minimum age for admission to Montessori- 1 is 2 1/2 year as on the year of admission to school.
  2. New Admission will be made subject to the vacancies in the respective classes following admission procedure. No correspondence will be entertained regarding admissions. 
  3. Parents, guardians and new pupils must note that they cannot dictate the Administration and the school has the right to say  on what conditionsit will admit pr retain pupils in the school.
  4. School may follow  (i) First cum first basis  . No reference , pressure in any form is acceptable . IN case of higher classes the school may make sure that the students is mentally, physcially, emotionally and academically fit for those classes.
  5. a candidate who joins fresh from home or from a private school has to produce an offical Birth Certificates , T.C. from competent authorities , in support of the date of birth to be entered in the Admission Register of the  school.
  6. If the pupil comes from a school outside the state , the school Leaving Certificate must be countersigned by the inspector of the concerned state.
  7. The name & date of birth once recorded in the school Admission Register , cannot be changed.

3.Copy of Transfer Certificate (Original)
 
4.Two Passport size colour photographs of each; (student, parents & local guardians)
 
5.Voter Id Card/Aadhar Card/Driving License/ Passport of Parents
 
6. Present Residential Proof (Land line Telephone Bill/Electric Bill/Gas Connection card etc.)
 
7. Registered Phone Number
 
8. Photograph of Grand Parents with their Date of Birth.
 
9. Parents Date of Birth and Date of Marriage Anniversary.
 
10. Aadhar card copy of the student.

                                                           WITHDRAWALS
  1. A month's notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a pupil else the fee will be charged for the said month . Such notice should be given in writing by a person responsible for the pupil and not by the pupil himself. Those who leave in April must pay the fee for May.
  2. If the name of a pupil who has been absent, has been entered in the register for the following month, fee for that month is due, even if the absence continues.
  3. No school Leaving Certificate is given until alll the dues to the school have been paid in full.
  4. The pupil will be asked to be withdrawn by the parents for any such activities of either the pupil or parents , Which is against the rules , regulation, discipline, and smooth functioning of the school . The decision of school management / Principal will be final & binding in this record.
  5. If any parents want to apply for T.C. fees and other dues if any T.C. fee is equal to one month's tuition fees.
